Agents serve as representatives for the insurance company, operating within the framework of a formal agency agreement established with the insurer. This agreement delineates the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of the agents, ensuring that they adhere to the company's policies and uphold its standards while providing services to clients.

All the insurers below are licensed under the Financial Services Act 2013 and regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia.
